These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Kick to Connect. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ABOUT US

Kick to Connect is a youth development organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. We use Australian rules football as a vehicle for connection, belonging, and personal growth. We offer youth programs and coaching development programs delivered in person at community oval locations in Perth.

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and current.

CONDITIONS OF USE

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any of our content without written permission

  • Use our services in a way that disrupts or abuses our website or networks

  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful material

  • Harvest or collect user data without consent

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services

  • Use automated scripts or bots to access our website

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices displayed on our website are a guide only and will be confirmed before any services are provided.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • American Express

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Wix Payments

Payments are processed securely by licensed third-party payment providers.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refund — if a participant cancels more than 10 days before the program start date

  • 50% refund — if a participant cancels within 10 days of the program start date

  • No refund — once a program has commenced

If a participant is unable to continue due to injury or illness, please contact us at todd@kicktoconnect.com.au to discuss options.

If Kick to Connect cancels a program for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program date.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and program materials — is owned by Kick to Connect and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.
